Loved this Place

Liked:I loved this place. Located so it is walkable to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are large and comfy. Restaurant is spacious and has a great selection. Breakfast is spectacular.

Liked:Location is fantastic, facilities are decent.

Disliked:Attention of some staff, particularly at a hotel where you pay more than 400 per night , no one comes forward to even help you with your bags. Value for money relation is lacking.

Liked:The staff transformed it into a great stay. Breakfast is good. Sol lights it up. She makes breakfast feel like home! Dominik also did a great job doing our checkout. The messenger guy who helped us with the luggage back to the car was also super helpful (unfortunately I forgot his name).

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
