Disappointing

Liked:Location is good! Everything walking distance and right in front of the subway station.

Disliked:They gave us a dirty bathroom - poop and blood stains near the toilet. We asked to change it, in the beginning they had an attitude and were absolutely non apologetic about giving us a bathroom that was dirty, like it’s normal to give a room that has blood and poop stains to a guest. Then they changed it but part of front desk personal needs proper training to deal with guests
