Great location for Liberdade

Liked:Central location to Liberdade and metro Discount to get a massage in the spa just before checkout which was great. The masseuse was lovely & did a fab job Room was nice a spacious & the shower was good too. Tv was plenty big enough We stayed with a disabled friend & they met his needs really well. I would stay here again if I was visiting Sao Paulo. As we were a group of friends staying for 2 nights, staff gave us a map of the local area so we could find our way round which was really helpful

Disliked:When checking in, the guy who checked us in couldve been a bit more polite. The enamel in the bath had chipped away so it put me off wanting to use it but not enough to not stay there again Would've been nice to have some hot drink making facilities and better windows in the room

Liked:Localização, funcionários cordiais.

Disliked:Limpeza ruim: havia sujeiras no quarto (resto de pipoca na cadeira) e uma mancha vermelha no blindex do banheiro (parecia sangue). Isolamento acústico inexistente. O meu quarto tinha ligação com o quarto ao lado por uma porta em comum. O meu vizinho, além de ser muito barulhento, fumou durante a minha estadia. O som alto e o cheiro de cigarro entravam pela porta que conectava os nossos quartos. Fumar era proibido. O hotel é muito velho e os móveis precisam de renovação. Parte da decoração da parede estava solta. O local para colocar o meu cartão na parede tb estava quebrado.

Great place at great location

Liked:Breakfast and location were great, as well as the spa even though its not included

Disliked:There were no night lamps by the bed and not very hot water in the shower, but for me not a big deal
