What you expect, you get, and well done.

Liked:Staff is friendly, breakfast is good in quality and variety, as in all my previous visits. This consistency is important for me.

Disliked:The room has a kitchen with doors that close. Room service forgot to clean the floor there, perhaps because it was close. Not a major issue.
