Overall lack of professionalism of the night staff at the reception.

Liked:Reception service at night

Disliked:The lack of professionalism and education of the night staff. One of them hanged up the phone twice and when I tried to talk to him at the front desk, the person literally ignored me and refused to provide the manager's email. The other staff didn't help at all and contributed to escalate the discussion. I've sent an email with a formal complaint and asked the manager's email and response to report the problem, again without any reply. Very poor customer service.

Liked:Very average service and the hotel is overpriced for what it delivers.

Disliked:Breakfast was poor and there is no filtered water in the rooms except for the expensive mini bar water. Staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful.
