Very friendly and helpful front desk

Liked:The staff was great. The front desk team and maintenance worked quickly to solve our issues.

Disliked:Our first room had plumbing issues and a leaky shower, but staff was great in moving us to a different room for the rest of our stay.

Liked:Flexibility and attention. I really liked that one day i stayed in the room the entire morning doing some work and on afternoon that i left for a tour, they cleaned the room :-) also the late check in possibility was a good option for me.

Disliked:The facilities are a bit old. The bathroom had a lot of mug and towels very old and hard.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
