Always satisfied with my stay at the Hotel!

Disliked:It is not my first time at the Hotel. I am a regular customer when going to São Paulo. The staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning, they are all wonderful people. Some of them even recognize me when I arrive. I needed an early check in this time, I was exhausted from my trip to São Paulo. It was approved right away! Thank you all for making my stying in São Paulo the best ever!
