Good , but needs some improvement.

Liked:Comfortable and very clean. Service is amazing!!!

Disliked:Wifi is horrible. The doors are very old and a bit broken. The windows are not noise proof.

Liked:Location was excellent, staff were helpful and wonderful and friendly. Room was clean, cozy and super welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay very much and when I go back to SP, I will for sure to back to this hotel!

Disliked:When I arrived the room was slightly dusty but I told them and they fixed it immediately!
