The only positive aspect of my stay was the location.

Liked:Location we great. Staff was kind. The store on the first floor was helpful.

Disliked:The first apartment I was given had a leak in the bathroom, which was constantly flooded. I asked to change rooms, but there were no other options available. I had to stay in the flooded apartment for three days until they finally said there was an opening. The new place wasn’t much better: there was mold all over the ceiling, the coffee machine required a plug that didn’t work, and the lock was faulty. Overall, the apartment looked dirty. My co-worker’s room even had a broken bed. The experience was terrible.
