Liked:The newly renovated rooms and public space are very nice. Breakfast had good options, including healthy ones. We used the pool but were disappointed in the condition of the water. It was not clear but the temperature was nice. The pool area was pleasant with nice seating and lounging options with plenty of clean towels available.

A+ first experience

Liked:This was our first time staying at a Hyatt Place. The say was great, and their customer service level at the "lower-tiered" hotels carries though the same as their higher-tiered properties. Made a fan out of me! Will be looking for these anytime we're roadtripping.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing great service. Everyone was eager to help and made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Will, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to ensure we had everything we needed and consistently provided service with a smile. Employees like Will are the reason guests return.
