Very clean comfortable stay for sure

Liked:Breakfast was good and very welcoming. Location seemed safe and close to interstate. The room was very clean and smelled good. It was a pleasant room.

Disliked:Wifi connection was bad on the tv. Shows kept buffering. Bath tub had a constant leak and had to keep door shut to block the noise.

Vicinity needs maintenance.

Disliked:I was very disappointed with my stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Rogers, Arkansas. The first thing I noticed was the poor condition of the landscaping. The grass had not been cut and appeared overgrown, giving the property an unkempt appearance. Upon arrival, guests were supposed to receive welcome care packages, but the evening staff failed to provide them and never mentioned them during check-in. The room itself was also below expectations. The bathtub paint was chipped, which made the bathroom look worn and poorly maintained. The lighting throughout the room was inadequate, making the space feel dark and uninviting. I chose this hotel because it carries the Marriott name, which typically represents a certain standard of quality and guest experience. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations. Management should take a closer look at the condition of the property and the level of service being provided. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
