Waste of my money, don't expect what is promised.

Liked:The beds we did have were comfortable, it was near the hospital. The front desk staff were very kind but not super helpful (I don't really blame them for any of the issues).

Disliked:I chose this place because it had a hot tub, had a room with enough places for everyone to sleep, and the Hyatt is known for their breakfast quality. I basically received none of this. The hot tub was not in use, the room did not have a couch bed, we went down for breakfast and there was barely anything and even though there was still half an hour left there was no more provided even though many guest after us kept asking. I was told there was more coming, and then the next people were told no, and nothing ever was. There were like 5 sausage patties, some cold crunchy scrambled eggs, and a couple of muffins, we were able to make 1 and a half waffles. I was and am so disappointed. I was ok paying more for this particular hotel because we were supposed to get Hyatt level quality and breakfast included. I instead had to have people sleeping on a love seat that wasn't even long enough for their whole body, and had to buy more food after checking out since breakfast was basically nothing. I have stayed at (literally 2 days previous) much better hotels in the same city for half the cost. I have been promised points, but I'm super skeptical at this point.
