Liked:Convenient location, beautiful rooms and food was good.

Disliked:The front desk staff and 2 maintenance guys were phenomenal all weekend. The banquet staff was not with the exception of the bartender, Shanta. She was nice and professional. I believe his name was Javi (taller, bigger man) he was not as responsive to our needs during the wedding setup and the reception. During the reception, there was an older AA lady, she was very rude to a guest when he came back to buffet line. The hotel ran out of the preferred beer before dinner was served. I have attended and been apart of several events held at the Westin and this was by far the worst experiences.

Book the Westin for your next get away or staycation!!!

Liked:We loved that it wasn't too far away from VCU!!!Its location is surrounded by lots of good eateries!!And the Westin it self has a good restaurant and bar right inside!!Everyone was so nice and friendly!!!The Westin was very clean inside and out!!The room we had was very comfortable and also clean!!

Disliked:The only thing I didn't like was that the Traditional rooms don't come with Microwaves!!
