Impeccably clean hotel

Liked:The hotel was very clean and the dark wood in the lobby kept with the historical look of Richmond. Alfreda, the front desk clerk was very friendly and took very good care of us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Disliked:Mattress on sofa bed left a little to be desired but that is the only thing.

wonderful stay in an ultra modern hotel with a very friendly staff!

Liked:friendly, helpful staff the room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed comfortable beds and giant windows (with blackout shades!)

Liked:Very mid hotel. Located in pretty dead area of downtown. Literally no amenities at hotel. Not sure how this even is a Hilton brand. Zero benefits for gold status. Rooms decent, appear to be recently updated, but fairly cheap finishings likely to deteriorate quickly.
