It was subpar.

Liked:The hotel bar staff was very nice, the food was great.

Disliked:Housekeeping didn’t come to my room at all, even though I called and requested at 8am on 9/4. I came back from my event at 9pm and they never came leaving me with a stripped bed and no sheets, no refreshed towels. I had to call again for them to bring me new sheets. The water was also cold in my room, though I didn’t bring it to their attention until the end of my stay.

Great stay Delta Hotels Richmond Downtown

Liked:The hotel was in a great location close to the Richmond Convention Center. Hotel was clean and comfortable and shuttle service to the Center was provided. But Amber at the front desk really made our stay a 5 star rating. She went out of her way to help with a booking issue we had and made sure it was taken care of. She was absolutely lovely and friendly and deserves 5 ⭐️’s herself
