Liked:Rooms seemed clean. Lots of parking.

Disliked:Found black hair in eggs. Dumped plate and refilled and found another hair. Person looking after food and refilling was not wearing hair net or similar. Informed person on reception but they didn’t take my name. Grossed out.

Good location

Liked:Close to the track for easy in and out. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful.

Disliked:The hallway carpet had large rolls in it and you had to be very careful not to trip. Elevators were iffy. A girl was stuck in one on the first night we arrived had to call the fire dept.

Rooms look very nice. However, the cleaning services are unable to remove strong odors, like cigarette smoke and alcohol

Liked:The rooms looked very nice and they were updated for sure.

Disliked:The rest of the building was very outdated. The ceilings were very blotchy. I don’t know if it was from mould or mildew growing or just leak stains. The room that we got smelled of beer everywhere the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke that it was embedded into the towels and I came and stayed with children the shampoo and body wash was not restocked when we were in and the breakfast cereals were all stale. The pancake machine was not working and the bread that they gave was also stale.
