Liked:We really enjoyed the pool next to the beachhouse and the pool w/ the bar. It’s a beautiful property with amazing few of the beach. Our room was nice and spacious for 2 people (we got 2 queen beds). There is no door separating the room from the bathroom so the sink it’s right in the open while there’s glass doors for the toilet and shower. AC was good and we didn’t suffer from heat. For pool towels only VIP rooms get towels, our other room could not get towels since they were premium rooms. The “Mexican” restaurant Nopal was good.

Disliked:The hospitality is not the best. As a group we had the best service from bartenders and a few waiters. Not sure if the housekeepers and other waiters ignored us because we spoke Spanish, but it kind of felt that way. We would ask several times for extra towels and all they would do is take our old ones and leave new ones. There was also a ton of little ants all around our room, the TV stand, fridge and floor. Wifi is BADD so don’t rely on the resort wifi.
