Liked:The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the access to the beach and the kayaks. The pools were nice sizes.

Disliked:Some common areas like the lobby, the coffee shop, and the one of the buffets didn't have air conditioning, but also lacked functioning fans to cool down due to high temperatures. The elevators in the lobby area were not reliable. Some areas of the hotel, including the room needed some repairs (maintenance). The towels in the rooms looked old and dingy as well as the ropes.
