This hotel is scam

Liked:I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout my stay. Customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced—they showed little interest in resolving issues or making guests feel welcome. The hotel’s location also felt unsafe, especially at night. I did not feel comfortable walking around the area, which made the stay even more stressful. Overall, between the poor customer service, unprofessional front desk staff, and the unsafe location, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

Disliked:Café da manhã só dá direito a um item se você quiser outro é pago a parte, valor cobrado diferente do acordado pois inicialmente eram 256 dólares, após pagar na cotação do dia no local ainda tive que pagar um adicional o que deu a mais. Em todos os serviços extras é embutido a taxa de gorjeta sem ser informado ao cliente.

Noisy all night and no vegan food. Very little English is spoken by the staff.

Disliked:It was very noisy all night in front of my room and there wasn't even any earplugs provided. Even though I stated that I'm vegan and was told that they were gonna prepare something vegan for breakfast by the night shift staff, the staff in the morning was clueless about this and no vegan food was provided for breakfast.
