Underwhelming

Liked:Spent a week here with my family of 5. The good parts - staff is friendly and helpful. Pools are nice. The disappointing - food is not up to standard for the cost of this resort. We stayed at Riu Palace in Cancun a couple of times and the food is far superior there for less cost to stay there. Bread is stale, eggs are runny, food from buffet was always underwhelming. Restaurants were okay, but not any more than okay. I became sick on the third day from something I ate or possibly water contamination, though I was mindful of not using the tap water for anything. Overall a disappointing experience for the price they charge, value is definitely not there.

Perfect family vacation

Liked:First time in this resort and we were not disappointed. The entertainment was great , restaurants delicious and hotel grounds are just beautiful. A little bit of seaweed but the hotel did their best to keep the beach clean and make our vacation enjoyable. Will return without hesitation.

Was looking for Dreams Experience

Liked:If you are expecting Hyatt quality of service do not go here. Their housekeeping and service staff are not up to Hyatt standards. The Explorer Club for the kids was great, the kids loved the water park too, quality for food and selection was very good.
