Ottawa Experience

Liked:Pleasant stay overall. One thing to note is that the rooms are not always fully ready at check-in, and I experienced a few issues related to that during my stay. Otherwise, renovated rooms are modern and very clean. Worth it. Breakfast at the Summit was excellent. The view is breathtaking, and the food was very good. I would also like to recognize Celena at the front desk, who provided exceptional service. She was professional, helpful, and made a positive difference throughout my visit. I will definitely be back and look forward to seeing the property once the renovations are completed. One final note for future guests: sound does travel quite easily between rooms and hallways. Thank you for a great stay.
