Superb room but uncomfortable sleep

Liked:The staff was perfect in everything. Service impeccable. The rooms are big, clean and chic. This is a premium hotel for certain.

Disliked:The mattress was way too soft and I was sinking. I felt stiff waking up. I'm 190lb. For one night it can be ok but i'm not going back there before they change the mattresses. Everything was perfect but this was a disappointment. No breakfast included, but there is a restaurant downstairs.

Two night family stay in Ottawa

Liked:Lovely modern room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aidan in reception. Easy to walk into downtown and great shopping mall nearby. Also, near to many restaurants.
