A filthy, unsafe, property that was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed

Liked:There is nothing good about this location. Its A filthy, unsafe, and completely misrepresented property that was the worst accommodation I have ever experienced.

Disliked:This was, without question, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. It felt more like a neglected slum than a place that should be offered to paying guests. The room was filthy, with a terrible, overpowering smell that hit as soon as I walked in. The carpets were dirty, stained, and extremely unhygienic. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the room, which was absolutely disgusting. The room itself was tiny and appeared to be an attic with such a low ceiling that I had to constantly watch my head to avoid hitting it. It was cramped, uncomfortable, and completely unsuitable for guests. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There was no exhaust fan, the shower was broken, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The towels and bed sheets were old, worn out, and some even had holes in them. The most alarming issue was the lack of basic safety measures. There was no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector in the room, creating serious concerns about guest safety. I cannot understand how this property is allowed to be listed. It bears no resemblance to the photos or the standard of accommodation that guests expect when making a booking. My stay was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid this property.

Lots to improve...

Liked:Nothing.

Disliked:To get to the room we had to climb unsafe and precarious stairs. The steps were broken, not well constructed and there was loose foam board on the stairs. The room was mouldy and smelled like cigarettes. The Wifi was not working, the curtains were disgusting, right outside the room there were trash bins that were smelly. The room was hot, despite having a portable AC unit. When we turn off the AC, it got cooler??

Not ideal.

Liked:The room was not cleaned. It's unclear why I paid a cleaning fee. I opened the room to stains and crumbs on the bed and floor. Highly uncomfortable. The shared areas were fine and not dirty.

Disliked:Simply change the bedsheets and sweep the rooms.
