Liked:The staff was friendly enough the room was very clean

Disliked:It was filthy in the elevator halls are dark and smell of smoke carpets in hall not clean no electricity in room 2nd night had to sit in dark staff didn't know how to fix it

Liked:Nothing went well

Disliked:There was no air conditioning during a heatwave, and our room reached 32°C, forcing us to go out and buy fans just to make it bearable. There was also no ice available, and the refrigerator wasn't working. The room was so dirty that we felt we had to keep our shoes on at all times. The surrounding area was heavily populated by unhoused individuals, and during our stay, we witnessed multiple apparent drug overdoses. The overall environment felt unsafe and significantly impacted our experience.

worse experience ever

Liked:very old building and rooms. very bad and dangerous location, all stores have 1-2 security guards, drugged people all around. the hotel is also used to shelter refugees. Smell is terrible , on the hallways (they have 2 microwaves on thehallway and people are booking ethnic food , in the rooms it smells terrible. At reception is rarely any attendant. AC works 10 min and then you have to restart it. window does not open, fridge is barely cooling a beer after 24h. broken ice machine. never been in a worse hotel and I have been in hundreds. stay away!
