Liked:Very good a la carte breakfast Nice terrace with a good view and nice gym Room clean

Disliked:The room was clean but for the 2nd time in our Canadian trip, we booked a room for 4 but it was set up just for 2, with 2 bathroom sets, 2 earplugs (there are construction works going on very close starting very early in the morning) and 2 glasses. We told so and everything was set up

Location is OK during daytime but proximity to “skid row” means you need to keep your wits about you in the evening/

Liked:Breakfast was good

Disliked:1 lift out of 3 broken. Staff constantly using lifts and over-riding/deleting guest floor selections. Often took over 5 minutes to go from lobby to 12th floor. Room with “view” was a view of a building site.

Disliked:Breakfast is not self-serve. It felt a bit limited. I also hate the north american tipping culture, which at so early in the day I really, really don't have the energy to deal with.
