Nice hotel, great pool

Liked:The gardens were beautiful and the staff were super friendly. The swimming facilities were great.

Disliked:The corridors up on the 3rd floor were dirty.

Liked:A very relaxing and well kept hotel. We also got a room upgrade which was really nice. Strongly recommend the bottom level rooms connected to the pool.

Disliked:The breakfast was a bit chaotic. Multiple times we were shown to our table when the table hadn't been cleared yet. The food was great but the service wasn't as good.

Not worth it

Liked:Other than the staff at the reception, the rest of the staff are polite and helpful.

Disliked:I had to wait for almost an hour just to check-in. Other than the long waiting time, some of the staff at the reception are not efficient at all. I almost missed my plane because of their inefficiency.
