Fantastic relaxing place to stay.

Liked:This is a beautiful property, with extensive tropical garden areas and a swimmable saltwater lagoon. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with super comfortable bed. Excellent choice of restaurants and bars, two of which are ocean front. Fantastic breakfast buffet, and quality food generally. Comfortable sun loungers and cabanas spread all around the hotel. There is so much space here that it never feels crowded. Best of all though is the Balinese hospitality. The staff here can’t do enough for you and they are super friendly, taking a genuine interest in their customers. Needless to say I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked:The experience and the service were exceptional. We went there with our 1-year-old baby and the entire resort staff were very very hospitable and made us feel very comfortable and catered to all of our baby's needs. We ordered customised baby food from in room dining and they were tried their best to serve us how we ordered, and to make us our trip even more comforting, they didnt charge at all for the baby food as it was his birthday. A must visit for young families. Also the facilities were top notch. We visited some resorts in the area and we found the Laguna resort's facilities to be quite modern but with touches of nature all over the resort. Didnt feel like a commercial resort, but rather a nature retreat. Definitely recommend.

Disliked:I think the breakfast menu could have been better in term of the variety. We stayed there for a week and the buffet breakfast menu was the same everyday.

Best hotel we've ever stayed

Liked:This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Not only were their facilities amazing - high quality bedroom, unmatched pools and beach access, good restaurants, store, activities - the staff are also incredible! They are always ready to help you with every request, they care a lot about your comfort and are super friendly. You will feel incredible in this hotel.

Disliked:We just wished we stayed more time :)
