The Hilton brand is on the nose and you can smell it each time they overcharge for everything.

Liked:The local staff are brilliant, kind, friendly and the main reason to go to Bali!

Disliked:Stay somewhere else. Why? It’s Hilton, highly corporate US chain that now almost follow you around with an iPad tallying up every last cent to preferably bill you for on the spot. The local staff are great, no issues there, but HQ has the place running like a money sucking machine and it really took the shine off our stay. So much competition in Nusa Dua so stay somewhere else, it will feel better.

Really enjoyed our stay, negative comments given for future benefit!

Liked:Cleanliness , staff mood and assistance, always happy and very helpful Loved Elara restaurant/bar the most , staff , cocktails, comfort, food , beauty all Stunning.

Disliked:Advised at about 3pm on day of arrival that our room would not be ready until 5pm as occupants Had late exit from room which was a win for them ,but loss for us , (given option of spending the week at the noisy Construction end which felt insulting) so asked to have cocktail in lounge to pass the time , told not till 5 , so found our way to pool to purchase . At our initiative we later requested to use our daughters side by room , -we had advised at checkin at 1.30 pm that she would not arrive until around 11 pm . The theme Mexican on a Sunday eve in The Grain 28/6 was very poorly run , staff looked under pressure, incorrect drinks , no menu on table so had to look at other Table’s menu, had to request more empty glasses left on table when new drinks delivered , meal not very enjoyable .

The stay and Bali was very enjoyable

Liked:The breakfast was amazing with a huge spread. There were multiple kinds of cuisines available: English, Indonesian, Asian and Indian. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:When we order Dinner/Lunch at the restaurants, the options are quite limited and not as delicious as the food available in the restaurants outside. They could definitely do better on that front. After 4 nights we ended up ordering from McDonalds. The Spa services were OK and nothing special for the money they charge. Will highly recommend to go to some of the outside Spas.

Limited Beach Hours High tides caused immense ocean stream on our beach. We are consolidating the structure to ensure safety and comfort. It will close occasionally in the next weeks. Serenity beach is still accessible. A deposit may be required at the property.
