Ritz at it’s best

Liked:Ritz never disappoints. Whatever you might expect from such a name - you get that and beyond. Incredible breakfast, dream-like bed, spacious rooms, luxury feeling - it has it all. Highlights: - kids club! If you travel with a small kid - please seriously consider it, we loved the facility. Ritz Kids has their own (warm!) swimming pool with a big slide, and we’ve happily lost our 3 years old there. - breakfast Incredible selection, brilliant service, awesome quality - service Goes without saying, very very good - spa&gym Serious and well organized, we’ve enjoyed it a lot

Disliked:We’ve had an unpleasant experience with Indonesian restaurant of the Hotel - two people of our group got “Bali belly” after a dinner, but, I guess, it can happen to anybody and everywhere. We’ve got the apologies from the hotel, perhaps an additional gesture of attention for us could be nice but altogether it’s not a problem. Please note that big pools can be quite cold, same goes for the private pools in the room

An amazing stay in bali

Liked:We had a wonderful family stay. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Go, Mr. Emanuele, Mario, and Mira, as well as the entire team, for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel truly welcome and ensured our family had a memorable stay. We look forward to returning in the future.
