Loveley gardens and nature

Liked:The property has amazing beautiful gardens and nice clean beach and view of the ocean the staff is very friendly especially Rendra who works in the beach and grill bar always so helpful with anything we liked

Disliked:I didnt like that they were very slow at check in. We were there at 15.00 and we waited untill 16.45 to be brought t to our room

Great 5 star resort but getting a little tired

Liked:We stayed in one of the larger suites (125m2 ??) and it was sooo spacious. Furnishings were excellent. Staff are amazing. Restaurants and spa are very good. Only thing letting this hotel down is the substandard maintenance of external areas. It needs a repaint and there are lots of cracked and damaged walls, tiles, roads, and water damage everywhere. Mismatched silicone joint repairs and white patches in the pool. Doesn’t really affect the experience but it’s a poor reflection on the management of this once magnificent resort. Prices are in line with the room rates. Staff are wonderful.

Disliked:Fogging for mosquitoes. The resort was too big for my liking.

Liked:The whole place is like a maze, huge and beautiful. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had.

Disliked:The room is old, peeling and not well cleaned, also it’s humid and cold even I turn if the AC.
