Disliked:The stafmanager behind the desk was extremely rude, not just to some customers (looked like a soccer team, who were calmly explaining a situation) but especially to his own colleagues. He shouted at them, and one of the staff members was almost crying. Very unprofessional.

Liked:The property is safe, and located at a safe location. You can get public transportation nearby, with a walk of 450-700 meters.

Disliked:I would love to see more food options in the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet. The bathroom was a bit small too - but clean and manageable.
