Liked:The location was good. House was equipped with everything you would need for short stay.

Disliked:Place was not real clean, beds were stained and dirty. The outside coukd use some tlc and grooming to make it more inviting to be outside.

Disliked:While the location of this rental was convenient, the condition and cleanliness of the property were unacceptable and fell well below expectations. Upon arrival, we immediately encountered numerous bugs in the living area, particularly around the windows and entryway. The refrigerator’s water/ice dispenser appeared unsanitary, to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it at all. Cleanliness throughout the home was a significant concern. In one of the bedrooms, the light switch and surrounding area had clearly not been cleaned in some time. In the main bedroom, we found long strands of hair on surfaces, including the lamp and towels. More concerning, the mattress pad had visible, significant stains, which made the bed feel unhygienic and unacceptable for guest use. There were also maintenance issues, including a broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Additionally, basic housekeeping standards were not met - linens and other items were not properly put away, requiring us to search through the dryer and dishwasher, which is not an appropriate expectation for arriving guests. While occasional oversights can happen, the number and severity of these issues reflect a clear lack of proper cleaning and turnover standards. Cleanliness is a fundamental requirement for any rental property, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations.
