Definitely would recommend

Liked:Prime location. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Disliked:The bar drinks were overpriced. We had much better cocktails at a local bar/restaurant for far less.

Nice hotel. Some staff very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Liked:It was a very central location. Near to everything.

Disliked:Some of the staff in the hotel bar and restaurant were very rude and not very accommodating or helpful. We had a family meal in the private room on Saturday the 13th June. The main courses were not very nice and the service was very slow. The amount we paid for the meal was not worth it.

Lancaster trip

Liked:Hotel is a great location. M lounge has a great variety of food and is a great space. Room was spacious. Front desk check in staff were friendly and inviting. Status was acknowledged. Hotel is very clean and the staff here is kind.
