Disliked:Pictures posted on bookings are very deceptive compared to what you see. The internet in my room was supper bad. Customer isn't offered even a small bottle of water in his his room to drink. When asked you are directed to the kitchen water dispenser to fetch what you want to drink... The toilet cannot flush properly & no window blind in the toilet

Disliked:Woke up to no running water, the room had no toilet paper, the breakfast was very scarce, and there was really loud music all night from the building next to the hotel, overall very disappointing.

Excellent

Liked:Its proximity to cafes supermarkets malls art galleries. The rooms were clean though modest. Had hot showers and nice lawn. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast options were great and the staff very kind and thoughtful of guests helping when needed and the service was exceptional. The room was kept clean throughout. Great view of kigali

Disliked:I had a good stay generally though staff often talked on the stairs near the window of my room when accessing other areas perhaps think of putting sound proof windows for rooms on that side . Otherwise I would highly recommend people to have there stay I will definitely be back.
