Disliked:When you pay for single occupancy, you get a lot of harassment even if a visitor is dropping off something. Serena just calls you to confirm if you are expecting a visitor, Radisson will tell you to come down and fill a form and pay is it 100usds or 50usds I forget. This is terrible. If am okay receiving visitors why should the hotel care?? Let them call and confirm.
