Liked:The place is well maintained, clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed during the stay. Our puppy was welcomed as well. The beds were comfortable, the AC was turned on before we arrived and we were welcomed with a fruit basket and cookies. Bright and cheerful and big enough for a family of 3 like us and it can accommodate even more people with the bunk beds

Disliked:Location is not near to anything and not overlooking any view not the golf not the sea. You need to have your car to stay here. I asked about which beach can we access as mentioned in the facilities, first reply was we don't have beach or pool access and when I insisted its there on the booking facilities included I was then told about the beach and pool I can access. Everything we went out and back in we were again and again asked about our ID and license and it felt uncomfortable in a way. Communication was a bit rude formal, when I asked about our access codes I was told your check in is at 3 pm like im gonna go earlier, I've been to many other places like this around the world and they used to share such information a day ahead not wait till check in time to give me the code. Last thing I didn't like was getting charged in AED which is unacceptable if im paying for a place in Egypt I should be charged egp.

Liked:Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. One of the standout features was the check-in process; it was completely frictionless. We received clear instructions ahead of time and were able to access the property immediately upon arrival without having to coordinate a meet-up or wait for keys. special thanks for housekeeping team and mr ahmed and thank to Merna for support and handling everything from start to end
