Liked:Lage & Strand: Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Sandstrand bietet eine sehr entspannende Atmosphäre und ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. • Sauberkeit: Der Reinigungsservice war sehr gut und unsere Zimmer wurden immer perfekt sauber gehalten. • Außergewöhnliches Personal: Das Personal am Strand und im Rezeptionscafé war unglaublich proaktiv und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Aya, die sehr fröhlich und toll zu meinen Kindern war, sowie an den freundlichen Pasta- und Pizzakoch am Buffet. • VIP-Frühstück: Da wir über Booking.com gebucht haben, hatten wir Zugang zum VIP-Restaurant für das Frühstück. Es war durchweg hervorragend und der Koch machte fantastische Omeletts. Das Nemo Café ist ebenfalls großartig. • Management: Herr Malek und Herr Mina sind sehr professionell mit meinen Beschwerden umgegangen und haben als kleine Entschädigung freundlicherweise kostenlosen türkischen Kaffee angeboten.

Disliked:Zustand der Zimmer: Die Möbel sind etwas veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Außerdem hatten wir in einem unserer zwei Zimmer ein undichtes Waschbecken, was ich jedoch nicht gemeldet habe, um unseren Urlaub nicht zu stören. • Qualität & Auswahl des Essens: Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 5 oder 6 Tagen wird das All-Inclusive-Essen sehr eintönig. Die Auswahl beim Mittagessen ist extrem begrenzt und das Abendessen ist nur akzeptabel. Selbst einfache lokale Desserts wie Milchreis entsprachen absolut nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. • Service & Diskriminierung an der Azure Bar: Der Service hier war inakzeptabel. Die Kellner wirkten wütend, ließen uns über 15 Minuten warten und ignorierten Gäste offensichtlich. Am schockierendsten war jedoch, dass sie meine Töchter und andere Gäste, die einen Hijab trugen, aktiv ignorierten und anders behandelten als den Rest. • Qualität an der Azure Bar: Die Qualität der Speisen an dieser speziellen Bar ist schlecht. Die Softeismaschine zur Selbstbedienung war oft unsauber und das Eis schmeckte sehr künstlich. • Organisation im Restaurant: Wir setzten uns an einen leeren Tisch im Buffetbereich ohne Reservierungsschild, nur um mitten im Essen von drei verschiedenen Kellnern nacheinander unhöflich aufgefordert zu werden, den Platz wegen einer Geburtstagsfeier zu räumen. Es war chaotisch, peinlich und zeigte eine gravierende mangelnde Kommunikation beim Personal.

Liked:We booked a room with pool view all inclusive, the view from our room was beautiful and we could see the sea & the pool. The location of the hotel is exceptional, a long sandy beach and the water is very clear.There is also a vast pool. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel architect is beautiful, the lobby with live music, we sit daily after dinner enjoying it.

Disliked:The food was not quite what I expected from a 5-star resort. Breakfast was good, especially the bakery selection. However, dinner was below average—it lacked taste and variety, and some dishes were undercooked. The desserts, on the other hand, were very tasty. Lunch was good overall, but the variety of dishes was somewhat limited.Unfortunately, by the end of my stay, I found that the food was not very friendly to my stomach, which affected my overall dining experience.

Liked:Recovering from an exhausting period in my career required nothing short of a sanctuary, and I found exactly that at Palm Royal in Soma Bay. This haven of tranquility provided the perfect backdrop for renewal, allowing me to fully recharge after a challenging chapter. The exceptional service was evident right from the start, with a seamless check-in process led by the friendly reception team. I want to extend a special commendation to the reception team, the culinary team, the beach attendants, the food and beverage staff, and the housekeeping team. Their unwavering attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. This week of absolute peace has provided the energy and inspiration I need to move forward with renewed focus.

Perfect holiday

Liked:Very beautiful place with the perfect beach. Our family room was very large, nicely furnished and spotless. All the bars are beautiful, especially the pool bar. The guy working there is the best employee in the hotel, always smiling and polite. The food is very nice, with a choice for everyones taste and all a la carte restaurants are fantastic. Strong recommendation for everyone that want to enjoy a perfect holiday.
