Excellent Environment

Liked:The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. Great location. The staff was wonderful. Jesse in Guest Services was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After working in marketing and customer service for years, it was refreshing to see such a positive young man providing such outstanding customer service while maintaining an upbeat personality no matter the situation. Every front desk needs a Jesse!

Fantastic Experience

Liked:The location is great and the hotel staff is fantastic, friendly, and responsive. I had an issue with my room and Eugene fixed faster than I've ever seen. The hotel is lunch to have him working for them. Also the hotel is clean and quiet.
