Such a great experience

Liked:The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, we had the view of the ocean and literally could walk to the beach.

Disliked:I wish it would have included breakfast with our stay

Great hotel and wonderful staff.

Liked:The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel was very close to the beach and the pool deck was a nice retreat and well staffed. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Disliked:The only complaint would be the the loud truck noise (lots of beeping) on the street below our room. But that is not the fault of the hotel and I would think all hotels in that vicinity would be impacted.

Clean. Beautiful. Noisy.

Liked:Excellent location! Immaculately clean!!! Amazing staff and perfect amenities.

Disliked:We were on the top floor and the across from the elevator lobby- there was constant noise from the movement of the elevator. All hours of the night whenever any of the 3 elevators moved there was an initial loud thump accompanied by 2-3 more when the elevator stopped. If you’re someone who is a light sleeper and has trouble falling asleep once you’ve been awakened by loud noises this is an absolute detriment to your quality of stay and vacation experience. While everything else was perfect this issue caused me hours and hours of sleep on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I, uncomfortably, slept with noise cancelling headphones on the entire time trying to avoid the thumping from the elevators- but it was noticeable even with them on.

Liked:The service was impeccable. The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. The view from my room was marvelous. The birthday champagne was a grand surprise. So grateful for everything!

Disliked:No microwaves. I understand why, though.
