Liked:Location ia at center of everything and hotel room size was very good.

Disliked:The restaurants are disappointed. Pool side restaurant is too hot as it is outdoor premises and foods are not delicious. 2 other top rated restaurants’ food quality are not upto par compared to the prices as I am from NYC and NJ.

I love staying at Halekulani however I see a lot missed compared to the last 3 times we stayed.

Liked:Great location, and the food was great!

Disliked:Checking in we were not greeted as friendly as the other two customers before us, we found it to be quite odd however we brushed it off. Our rooms AC made some noise throughout the night, but didnt want to report it. Our rooms were made a few times but certain things were missed ( a trash can still full, they left a banana peel and papaya on the dirty plates there for 2 days, but made our beds. The staff was very friendly and kind, which made the stay comfortable.
