Liked:Truly truly 5 star hotel. The facilities were clean, the food excellent at all three restaurants, the pool is clean and not overcrowded, lovely guests and good access to the pool and surfing services.

Well maintained and appointed hotel.

Liked:We had a wonderful experience - great location and service and our room was superb . Shout out to Carlos serving us at the pool, with his great service!!

Disliked:We waited for a while to get a table in the causal restaurant and eventually gave up and went to a venue down the road. Would be good to know when checking in that guests don’t get priority in using the on site restaurants.

Hotel’s SpaHalekulani & Premier Suite modernization project will take place from January 8, 2024, to the end of April 2024. As the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience. Please know that the hotel will remain open, and we will be offering our full range of services, including spa treatments throughout the dates of the project. Work will take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) and will be limited to a designated area of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
