A perfect Oasis in the Heart of Waikiki

Liked:We had very high expectations of our stay at the Halekulani. We had eaten here numerous times over the past few years and always had good experiences which had tempted us in to staying at the Hotel on our next visit. The Rates are high and so we did worry whether we should consider the stay good value for money but immediately we arrived our minds were put at rest. Check in was friendly fast and efficient and we were given a lovely room overlooking the pool and Pacific Ocean. The room was clean and comfortable and had a luxury feel. The air conditioning was working well and the bathroom was large and well supplied. Each day House Keeping took care of all the details and we felt very well looked after. We ate in House without a Key multiple times where we thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment (and the Mai Tai's) and the Sunday Buffet at Orchids restaurant was as good as we remembered (though a little disappointed the price did not now include a welcome glass of Prosecco though we had booked it before they changed this option. Minor detail though and it did not spoil our experience. The pool staff are very attentive and although a busy hotel there seemed to be enough sun beds each day. The staff generally were very professional and friendly and the entire Hotel felt quiet and relaxed the entire time despite being busy and being in one of the busiest parts of Waikiki. We cannot wait to go back !

Hotel’s SpaHalekulani & Premier Suite modernization project will take place from January 8, 2024, to the end of April 2024. As the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience. Please know that the hotel will remain open, and we will be offering our full range of services, including spa treatments throughout the dates of the project. Work will take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) and will be limited to a designated area of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
