Mediocre Hilton visit

Liked:Great friendly staff. We were placed on 31st floor of rainbow building. Elevator system was ok but not the best. We had to run hot water 30+ minutes to get warmish water. This works against their incredible conservation efforts. Hot hot water didn't exist until last day of our stay. Otherwise room very clean

Disliked:Hot water situation and elevators.

Liked:The location was nice and convenient.

Disliked:I wanted to stay in Tapa towers, but was assigned to Kalia tower. I also requested 2 queen size beds. With a can front view.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would love to come back again.

Liked:The hotel had a beautiful location with amazing beach and ocean views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pools, restaurants, and the relaxing atmosphere around the resort.

Disliked:The hotel can get busy and crowded at times, especially around the elevators and pool areas. Parking and extra resort fees were also a little expensive.
