Disliked:Stayed 8 nights and didn’t provide any changes in linen, any cleaning or replacement of toiletries for the whole period. Was asked to buy replacement toiletries ourselves and asked to pay for any cleaning or for changing of linen if required. No tea or coffee provided and no forks or plates in cutlery

2/5 stars, the breakfast dining and the pool area helped a lot.

Liked:Great selection for breakfast. There were fruits, there were juices, bagels, sausage, yogurt, juices. Also it was close to Waikiki, and the night life there is livid.

Disliked:We had to pay $442.36 extra on top of what we already paid for the room of $2806.33 once we checked in because of check-in fee ($50!)and hotel service fee ($325!) and on top of other fees once we checked in because the unit was apparently a “privately owned unit”. Also we requested towel change but the fee was $35 for that service and they would not change the bedding even though we stayed there for 13 days which is a lot. There were wear and tear everywhe in the unit we stayed at..
