Met my needs but the staff that replaced the linen’s did not seem to have a system etc

Disliked:Need for a maintenance program. The carpet from the elevator to apartment dirty and did not get cleaned or vacuumed regularly.

Good accommodations for short stay.

Liked:Clean accommodations for 1 bedroom. Close to Chinatown and Hawaii Theater. Paid for parking and it was a great parking spot

Disliked:Did not include paper towels or a larger ice tray.

Disappointed in this booking. The rooms managed by Aston are much better.

Liked:Location was convenient and assigned parking stall made it easy to come and go.

Disliked:Rooms were not cleaned properly. There was a cleaning rag left on the counter, small pieces of rubbish in several areas, even noticeable specks of dirt on one bed. Temperature of water in the shower was not consistent. Door lock to one room didn’t work properly. Thankfully this was discovered before the management office closed for the day.

Good location, not the best experience

Liked:The room was spacious and having the washer and dryer was nice

Disliked:The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. My parking space was horrible since it was against the wall which made it really hard to get in and out.
