LOVE IT HERE

Liked:Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcomes and exceptional assistance. The lobby felt lux and serene as anticipated. Janeth got us settled into our room right away and was greatly appreciated in the whole check in experience. Very polite and informational. Angel helped with our bags and gave us a nicer tour around the property at the same time. I already know it is going to be an exceptional stay.. as usual.

Memorable service

Liked:We had a wonderful dinner at La Casona at Villa La Estancia. The food was beautifully prepared and everything we ordered was cooked very well, but the real star of the evening was our server, Jonathan. Jonathan was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal. He struck that perfect balance of always being there when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed. Great food can make a dinner memorable, but exceptional service can turn it into an experience, and Jonathan did exactly that. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our evening so enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!
