Liked:The breakfast was good. Fresh food everyday and a large selection. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. There was no wait for a table or to get your food.

Disliked:My overall experience was significantly marred by a major discrepancy in pricing and booking details during my recent bachelorette trip. We were initially quoted $3,566 for two rooms accommodating four adults; however, upon arrival, the property claimed the reservation was only for two adults. Consequently, we were charged an additional $750 per person, bringing our total to $6,566 for a three-night stay, a cost we would not have agreed to had it been disclosed upfront. Furthermore, our request for two double beds per room was ignored, and we were forced to share king beds without any apology or effort from staff to accommodate our needs. The lack of accountability and the continued inability of both the hotel and Booking.com to resolve this issue has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend booking with either party.

A great 4-day getaway.

Liked:The buffet food was delicious and has good variety. Cannot comment on the restaurants as we did not try them. In general, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The Michael Jackson show was well done. Entertaining RIU staff for day activities. The pools and the grounds were kept clean. Beach front property-the ocean is bit choppy so wouldn't recommend swimming in it. The gym is small-has a few treadmills and weights but very few people used it so it was not a problem. Unlike other properties I have stayed in Cabo, Riu Palace Adults Only has plenty of seating for its guests, so you don't feel like you need to get up early to grab a chaise lounge. Access to Riu Sante Fe right next door and to Riu Cabo when you stay at Riu Baja. Went to the day pink pool party and it was a lot of fun.

Disliked:The cocktails are so-so-the liquor is low end. The sand is coarser so would recommend wearing water shoes or sneakers if you want to walk on the beach.

Liked:I did not like the facilities, everything looked cheap, considering the price of the hotel

Disliked:You need to post on the hotel web that you do not have services at the beach and that guests can not swin in the sea. People go to Los Cabos to swim in the sea not only to swim in the pool.

Disliked:They didn't honor the resort credit from my booking.com reservation. Some of the guests were very rowdy and rude to the staff and didn't follow resort rules.
