Excellent

Liked:The stay has been super !!! My sister and I are very satisfied !! We wanted to give an extra shout out to our pool server Cristal !! She is EXCELLENT !!! Also every year we always look for Vicente in the main dining area for our breakfast service !! He is also SUPERB !! They become like family !! Thank you ❤️

Disliked:Location, service, pool had a lot of sand, air conditioning was not working on restaurants, service was bad, air conditioning was not working properly at the room, needed to change room 3 times. Presenting the bracelet every time you consume is anoying, asking for an extra 6000mxn as a deposit also didn’t like, my bill came with an extra charge of a donation I never asked, bed does a lot of noise, blanket had scratches, air conditioning on elevators worked just at night

Stolen watch will never stay here again

Liked:Please be aware if you are currently staying here or are even thinking of staying at this property my very expensive Cartier watch was stolen during my stay with my family at this hotel. The staff were very nonchalant about out the whole thing. wouldn’t let me see any video footage or alert authorities. Nada. Just a simple incident report and that was it. This is not a 5 star hotel at all . Rooms are very out dated. The only thing I will say nice is our very sweet breakfast server Raul. Apart from that Cabo it self was beautiful. Later on our driver told us he wasn’t surprised and it happens there all the time - he also mentioned the RIU as well … Just sad this incident ruined the entire trip for my family and I. Will never again stay here.
