Liked:I was there for Boots on the Beach. This was just the night before it started.

Disliked:Beds were super uncomfortable. For the price you would think they could invest in better mattress or at least a pillow top layer.

Liked:What I loved about the property was that it was clearly a brand-new resort. Everything was extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Overall, the property itself exceeded my expectations. Since it is an adults-only resort, the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. It was never overcrowded or noisy, making it the perfect place to unwind and rest. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway focused on relaxation, this resort is an excellent choice.

Disliked:The only thing I didn’t like was that I came to Mexico expecting to experience the local culture, but the resort felt like I was still in the United States. During my entire stay, I didn’t hear any Latin or local music only American music. I was hoping for a more authentic Mexican atmosphere, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it felt like I never really left the U.S. while I was at the resort.
