Great hotel take your room confirmation

Liked:Its a lovely hotel with lots of room for guests, no one putting things on sun beds before breakfast. The pool by the beach was quite busy with adults not so many children as its a quiet pool so they cannot play, ours had a ball and were told to stop playing with it, but this wasn't made clear to us. We had to retreat to the kids pool which is very big and lovely for adults too and we only saw about 8 people max using it with us at any time. In this pool they can even play with floaties. My kids loved it but I would of loved to of watched the sea. The beach is sand pebbles so its uncomfortable to walk on but the rolling waves for boarding are fantastic and we spent hours having great fun with an amazing life guard constantly watching us. We weren't told about the Friday and Saturday night kids time at the kids club which would of been nice as we could of had a dinner to ourselves. The hotel allows Uber drivers in are treat them with respect and kindness to take you to the Marina or San Jose. They recommend fantastic restaurants our favorites were Lupita and Ediths. If you prefer to use a car organized by the hotel this is possible too. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cater to all your needs, we found our last 2 days the service in our room dropped off and after 3 days our fresh fruit stopped and the plates remained dirty that we had used for the fruit. We booked a coastal view but when we arrive they said we had been upgraded to a coastal view from mountain.
