Decent condo, not too far, but not too close to downtown. About a 15-20 minute walk or about 1 km

Liked:They had someone there working at the property, so the door was open at all times or could be opened by someone in case you could not get into the facility.

Disliked:The facility or room lacked consistent hot water for showering. Sometimes it was cold and would never get warm, even after running for several minutes (5-10).

Disliked:Shower smelled like sewerage, host did not respond with any appropriate resolution for our stay. Kitchen cutlery was dirty

Great location

Liked:Location was great - close enough to the Marina, but away from the party noise. Quick, affordable uber rides. My room was road side, so it got loud on certain nights, but they provided us with earplugs, which was a nice touch.

Disliked:There were a few small cockroaches in the apartment, the rooftop furniture is a bit aged, but the building was well kept and clean.
