Liked:The location is good, restaurants, street food, and groceries are close by. There is a bus from the airport to the hotel very affordable (la ruta del desierto)

Disliked:I asked in advance for a birthday decoration for my boyfriend, and they completely forgot it, which ruined the surprise. The pillows were really low, and the building is old, with a bad smell around the pool. I expected a better experience with that price.

A disaster. Don’t waste your money on the shithole

Disliked:Bad Wifi, Rude staff, not providing any solution when we have problems. We experienced horror night without AC & water , can’t use the toilet, and staffs just pretend to call somebody but nothing were fix. We ask for another room , they say fully booked but we can obviously see a lot of empty rooms
