Good but could have been better

Liked:They had cucumber infused water at the front desk. Hotel was generally clean with some key points that need to be addressed. Buffet was acceptable.

Disliked:No warm water from the shower, only Luke warm and you could smell raw sewage odors coming out of the shower drain & faulty air conditioner...we received our room as hot as it could be..

Disliked:The hotel charged me for a suite then because I arrived several days late they had sold my room to someone else and initially told me they had no rooms left until I spoke to the manager. Absolute disaster of a hotel would not recommend

Liked:The fries were good

Disliked:The internet is a nightmare. Couldn't work properly cuz it kept cutting. The food was extremely sub par even for a budget business hotel. I've been in other city Express before and this was by far the least pleasant experience.
